Hints and tips: You will need 8 Cinderblocks per square inch. We recommend that you lay out your building wall idea on 1/4" graph paper. Multiply the length x width= square inches x 8. Deduct the door and window opening area if you wish. Place a very small dot of glue in center of block and push down firmly. Make sure your walls are straight.
IMPORTANT: Assemble Cinderblocks on a HARD, SMOOTH, FLAT SURFACE.

Hints and tips: When building with round sewer in a cobblestoned (part #180) street, come as close as possible with regular size stones, then cut stones with plastic snips to fit odd area. Fill in with putty between stone and wipe away excess. If you want to show an open sewer, cut a round hole with hole-saw no larger than sewer ring through BASE #1001. Arrange bricks #120 in circle under and around sewer opening. Sewer height is about even with top surface of cobblestones.

Dutch Canal House
This is a typical house found on the streets of Amsterdam. It has a full front and two short sides. The front is assembled with individual bricks over a cinderblock wall. It takes a little longer to build but the results are more realistic then anything on the market today. As on all Hansa Systems buildings, it has seperate window frames with clear styrene 'glass' panels. The large middle window can be assembled open or closed.
